GENERAL BILLING INFORMATION

Some professional services and in-house labs are covered 100% by Cerner Health Benefits. The Healthe Clinic distributes member statements for services that incur member responsibility at each of the Healthe Clinic locations.

Prior to mailing statements, our Financial Navigator reviews accounts to ensure applicable FSA and HRA dollars are applied towards the member’s responsibility. Statements are mailed to the member’s home in 30, 60 and 90 day increments. Members who do not provide payment within 90 days may be disqualified from accessing Healthe Clinic services until payment is received.

Payment methods include Visa, MasterCard, Discover or personal check and can be completed via phone, in person or by mail. Both the Healthe Clinic Member Service Specialists or our Financial Navigator are authorized to accept payments. To pay over the phone please call the Clinic at (816) 201-2273, option 3.

GLOBAL ASSOCIATES

As part of the benefit structure, Cerner associates that live outside the US and are enrolled in a Cerner sponsored health insurance plan can be seen in the Healthe Clinic while in Kansas City. As we are not set up to accommodate billing for these services on a global scale these charges are covered by Cerner in full.
